Short answer
In Lima, "al toque" means right away, immediately. The register is coloquial — fine among friends, out of place in a job interview or anything written to an institution. The standard Spanish equivalent is "de inmediato". In use: Lo hago al toque.

Useful and mild enough for most spoken situations. Worth contrasting with ahorita, which sounds immediate and frequently is not.
